Airport taxes

Generally Airport tax includes in the air ticket but in some airports will levy an airport departure tax, which is payable by passengers at the airport locally. Information on these charges is not include in our quoted fares.

Cancellation / Refunds

Cancellations are subject to permitted. if permitted then process time will be 8 to 10 weeks.     we will pay back a refund only to the person who has paid for the Ticket, provided we are     given proof of identification and payment. , Airborne Centre  will pay a refund only if you     handover us your Ticket and all unused Flight Coupons and the Passenger Coupon. This     requirement will not apply to Electronic Tickets.
Involuntary refunds :-   In case of Airline cancel a flight reasonably according to schedule, or fail to carry you on a flight for which you have a confirmed reservation and have met the applicable Check-in Deadline and boarding deadline, Airlines generally wave off the cancelation charges and allow re routings. Before Departure :-  Every Airlines has his own policy for cancelation charges before     departure.  Refund / Cancellation is subject to permitted , If permitted refund process time     will be form 8-10 weeks.

NO SHOW :-  If you do not check in for any Airline flight or fail to present yourself at the boarding gate  with your boarding pass within the required time then Airline can cancel your onward reservations. Every Airline has his own No Show charges policy. In some cases if you No Show on a flight then you have to purchase a new ticket for your destination. In case of No Show , this is your responsibility to inform Airline before the check in closed about your intention to travel on other part of the reservations. Airborne Centre will not liable to passenger for any loss or expense whatsoever resulting from your failure to check in the flight.

 

Changes

Before Departure :- Changes subject to permitted by the fare rules and carrier concerned. If permitted then reservations may be altered at any time prior departure by re issue or revalidation within the ticket validity and same booking class / same price level with date change charges see your ticket terms & conditions plus difference of fare if any. Changes to a lower fare is not permitted and will be treated as cancelation.

Children & Infant age concept

•    Accompanied child passenger            2-11 years of age must be accompanied on all flights in the same compartment by adult passenger 12 or older.
•    Accompanied infant passenger            2 years of age must be accompanied on all flights in the same compartment by adult passenger 12 or older.

 

Conditions of carriage

The carriage of passengers and their baggage by Airlines will be subject to the Conditions of Carriage with the carrier concerned, for example, unaccompanied children, pregnant women, disabled Passengers, sick Passengers, carriage of animals (including service animals),  restrictions on use of electronic devices on board aircraft, forbidden items in Baggage and limits on the size and weight of Baggage.

Currency conversion

Currency conversions rates  are not updated daily. We believe in the accuracy of the information supplied by this application, but we do not guarantee such accuracy. This is better that you  to consult a qualified professional staff to verify the currency rates.

Fare Rules



1: Accompanied travel

Generally accompanied travel not required on mostly fares. but some time Airlines introduce special companion fares.

In this cases you have to make booking / ticket issue / travel together. If you are travelling on a companion fare / ticket and you need to come back earlier, then you may be not permitted to do this or you both have to buy new tickets for this purpose.


2: Advance reservation & Ticketing

•    Fares are subject to change till ticketed.
•    Seats are subject to cancel till ticketed.

 


3: Blackout period

Few fares has Blackout period conditions, if you want to change the date and your new date falls in blackout dates then maybe your ticket not allowed to travel in these dates or you asked to pay a very high difference of fare with date change charges if any. 4: Combinations

Every fare has different combinations conditions. Some fares allow combine the economy class and business class fares but some special discounted fares are not permitted to combine the discounted fares with higher price level or higher cabin class fares. is this condition apply to your ticket please see the ticket terms & conditions.


5: Day time or weekend fares

In some cases Day time or weekend fares apply. Generally day time fares are cheaper and weekend fares are higher. Read your ticket Terms & Conditions.


6: Eligibility

In some cases fares eligibility requirements apply. Read your ticket Terms & Conditions.


7: Flight application

Some Airlines offer cheaper fares based on specific flights and fare is valid if passenger is travel one or more of the following flight. If passenger choose some different flight for the same carrier on the same day he will get the higher price level.


8: Maximum stay

Some Airlines fares have the conditions of Maximum Stay.  For example, 3 month days / 4 Months  / 6 Months and the ticket is not extendable.
In this case passenger has to buy a new ticket with his new travel date. Few fare rules wave this conditions on medical grounds.

 


9: Minimum stay

Some Airlines fares have the conditions of Minimum Stay.  For example, 3 days / 5 days / 7 Days.
In case passenger has some emergency and he has to come back to the origin then he have to pay difference of fare, which is generally very high.

 


10: Sales restrictions

Few fares has sales restrictions. i.e. Ticket must be issued ON/BEFORE this date. Ticket must be issued on the stock of specific airline.


11: Seasons

Some Airlines offer season based fares and season is based on the date of origin.


12: Stopovers

Every fare has different stopover conditions. Some fares allow unlimited free stopovers and some fares has stopover limited stopover or stopover not allowed restrictions. Stopover restrictions on your itinerary please see ticket terms & conditions.


13: Ticket Endorsements

Mostly discounted fares has endorsements restriction. i.e.
•    Non Endorse able :- After issuance of ticket you cannot change the carrier.
•    Non Re-routable :- Re routing not allowed in this case.
•    Non Refundable:- Ticket once issued no refund.

 


14: Transfers

Every fare has different transfer conditions. Some fares allow unlimited transfers and some fares has limited transfer restrictions.  Transfer restrictions on your itinerary please see ticket terms & conditions.


15: Travel restriction

Few fares has travel restriction conditions, in this case your travel commencing ON/AFTER and  ON/BEFORE dates apply.
if you want to change the date and your new date not falls in this period then maybe you are not allowed to travel in these dates or you asked to pay a very high difference of fare with date change charges if any. Travel restrictions  on your itinerary please see ticket terms & conditions.

 


Fares

  • Third party providers i.e. Airlines, Hotels, Tours, Transfers, Travel Insurance. So we recommend you to contact us or the relevant third party provider to check the current applicable terms & conditions. Changed terms will become effective once posted on the Web Site. Your continued use of this Web Site after any change means you have accepted the changed terms and conditions.

Health requirements

May be immunization required or recommended  for your stopover or destination points - please check this with your doctor.

Online Bookings

You may book tickets on the Web Site without registering. However, if you register with Airborne Centre  you’ll be able to store your personal, travel information in your profile, so there will be no need to re-enter the information the next time you log in and book travel on the Website. We recommend you fill in your personal preferences as this information will assist us in providing you with our optimum service and will also save you time for future inquiries and bookings.
Please remember not to give your Login/ID and password to anyone. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else.
Please note some important information while booking online.
•    Children age is 2-11 years old .
•    Infant  up to  24 months.
•    You can book  only 1 infant with per adult passenger.
You are able to cancel your booking on the Web Site from the "Manage My Booking" section. You will then be subject to the fare rules that you agreed  to when you confirmed the booking. You are required to contact our office to arrange for any refunds. You may book flights up to 300 days before departure. You can request E  tickets or pick up your tickets from our office .

 

Passports or travel documents

Please ensure you have a valid passport, other identifications, visas   for your trip. Some     countries  require that your passport be valid for a certain length of time i.e.  6 months  and you may be required to obtain a visa for your transit / stopover / destinations and it is your responsibility to do so. This is your responsibility to obtain all required Passports / Visas / Travel documents for your destination / stopover or transiting country. For exact information you should contact the embassy, consulate or other relevant body of all relevant countries prior to making your booking with us.  Airborne  Centre  will not accept any  responsibility / liability  if you do not have all required documents such as passports, visas, health     certificates or if any of those documents are not valid or out of date . Airlines /immigration can refuse to accept you and your baggage for carriage if your visas or travel documents do not appear to be in order.
This is passenger responsibility  to ensure that the names shown on ticket correctly correspond to the names of the travelling passengers’ passports. Airborne Centre will not responsible  if names shown on Air ticket do not match the names specified in passengers’ passports or other relevant identification, and boarding is denied for any reason by the airline or country of origin / transit / destination.

 

Payment Options

At the moment we only accept the following form of payments.
•    Bank Transfer
•    Cash
•    BPAY payments. You can pay via BPAY from your  credit cards.

 

Seat allocation

You can allocate your seat while make reservation But Airline  cannot guarantee that you will be able to sit in any particular seat.  Airline can change your seat for a similar seat at any  time without prior notice. But it happened very occasionally i.e. When type of Aircraft haschanged.

Ticket deliveries

While online booking you will receive the travel itinerary at the same time via e mail. But you will receive the E ticket when payment appear in our account. Generally it takes 2 to business days to appear the payment in the account. To avoid any inconvenience  this is     better you should plan your travel as earliest as possible . You can pay by using the following  options. Payment options are as follows,
Type of payment                            Minimum time before departure.
•    Online Transfer                     At least 3 days before flight
•    Bank Deposit                    At least 24 hours before flight.
•    Online Transfer with  same Bank        At least 48 hours before flight
•    BPAY                        At least 72 hours before flight.

 

Travel insurance

This is always recommended to purchase a  travel insurance for all overseas travel because     travel involves many risks, and our liability to you is limited, you may choose to purchase     travel insurance, which can cover things like:
•    changes in travel
•    Flight cancellation
•    Baggage lost
•    Medical expenses
•    Personal Injury or death
